Has anyone ever really waited that long and gotten a paper check mailed 20 days ago?

I mailed a Christmas card in December of 2024 from Pompano Beach, Florida. It was delivered to an address about 30 miles away - last month (March of 2025).

We can't afford AC and its so hot, theres literally pools of sweat on the couch (TMI sorry) what can I do? I have a ceiling fan but my room feels still feels like a sauna. Any tips to stay cool? I can't fall asleep at night😭

The envelope showed the December 2024 postmark.

I have no explanation. I don’t know where it went or where is was for those three months.
